After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in medical biology, I graduated as a chiropractor from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in 2007. Following 10 years of practice as a chiropractor in the Montreal area, I decided to join Tonika Chiropractic Clinic in order to diversify my client base.
In addition to my chiropractic degree, I acquired a certification in Active Release Techniques (ART®), a manual therapy of soft tissues (tendons, muscles, fascias, and ligaments) and nerves. I also took courses in Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP®), a technique which emphasizes good posture and a proper alignment of the spine.
My clinical experience allows me to personalize treatments to adapt to each patient’s needs. Each chiropractic treatment last 25 minutes. Every visit includes muscular therapy, chiropractic adjustments or mobilizations and proper posture recommendations.
As a former tennis player with a broad interest in sporting activities, I greatly value the inclusion of stretching and strengthening exercises in order to accelerate patient’s recovery.
